  • The voltage is 220V throughout the resort. We do not have 110V outlets or transformers.


  • We have a luggage storage area where you can safely leave your bags before check-in or after check-out, at no extra cost.


  • Premium GAV Resorts is a timeshare development. Please note that during your stay, you may need to change your room, depending on the availability of the originally reserved unit. If a change occurs, you will be notified at check-in and all instructions will be provided by the reception staff.

Recreational Areas

The leisure area at Premium GAV Resorts is complete and diverse, with options for all ages.


We have a children's pool with slides and a water playground, a lazy river, an adult pool with a swim-up bar and underwater sauna, as well as a dry playground, a playroom, and a movie theater for the kids' enjoyment.

Dog Friendly

Domestic animals (small dogs up to 10 kg) will be allowed on the Dog Care premises, subject to daily rates specified by the Salinas Pet service provider (outsourced service).

If you choose to bring your dog to the apartment, please check the rules and conditions below:

  • We only accept small dogs (up to 10kg) in the apartment, up to 2 (two) dogs allowed. We do not accept cats or other types of animals in the apartment.
  • A cleaning fee of R$ 250.00 will be charged for the duration of your stay (provided you remain in the same apartment. If you change apartments, a separate fee will be charged).
  • The grooming fee includes 1 (one) express bath for 1 (one) of the pets. The bath voucher will be given at check-in after payment of the fee.
  • Any damage caused by the animal on the apartment or resort premises will be the responsibility of the resident or guest, and the corresponding amount for the damage will be charged at check-out.
  • Dogs are allowed in social areas and parking areas, but only if carried in your lap. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or food and beverage sales areas.
